Artificial intelligence is an important part of that mission, but it is only one part.

We believe responsible AI should:

Depending on the Services being used, AI may assist with:

• identifying potential project considerations;

• organizing Property and Project information;

• supporting additional features that help Users make decisions over time.

Artificial intelligence is integrated throughout JohnnyHQ to assist Users in understanding information without replacing their independent judgment.

3. What Artificial Intelligence Does Not Do

Artificial intelligence has important limitations.

JohnnyHQ does not represent that its AI systems:

• make decisions on behalf of Users;
• guarantee outcomes;
• replace qualified professionals;
• certify Contractors;
• guarantee licensing status;
• guarantee insurance coverage;
• predict future project costs with certainty;
• identify every possible risk;
• eliminate the need for independent verification;
• or provide legal, engineering, architectural, financial, tax, insurance, or other professional advice.

Outputs generated by AI are informational tools intended to help Users make decisions.

Users remain responsible for evaluating information and determining the appropriate course of action.

4. Human Decision Making

JohnnyHQ is designed to support human decision making, not replace it.

Artificial intelligence is intended to organize information, identify relevant considerations, summarize complex materials, and assist Users in evaluating available options. The Services are not designed to make autonomous decisions or remove the need for independent judgment.

Users remain responsible for all decisions relating to:

• property ownership;
• repairs and maintenance;
• remodeling and construction;
• contractor selection;
• budgeting;
• purchasing decisions;
• permitting;
• code compliance;
• financing;
• insurance;
• legal matters;
• safety; and
• any other activity related to property ownership.

Where appropriate, Users should consult qualified professionals before making decisions that involve significant financial, legal, engineering, construction, safety, or regulatory considerations.

JohnnyHQ believes the best decisions combine technology, human judgment, and professional expertise.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Respecting User privacy is a fundamental part of responsible artificial intelligence.

JohnnyHQ processes information only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services requested by Users and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Depending on the features used, Users may choose to provide:

JohnnyHQ is committed to handling this information responsibly and implementing commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect User information.

JohnnyHQ does not use private User documents, photographs, inspection reports, estimates, contracts, invoices, maintenance records, or other uploaded User Content to train foundation AI models that are publicly available or provided by third parties without first obtaining appropriate authorization or otherwise disclosing such practices in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. AI Limitations

Artificial intelligence is a rapidly evolving technology and has important limitations.

Outputs generated by AI may:

• contain inaccuracies;
• omit relevant information;
• become outdated over time;

• reflect limitations of available information;

When you interact with features powered by AI, such as Ask Johnny, document analysis, estimate comparisons, or other functionality assisted by AI, you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, responses generated by AI are created automatically using computational models and are not individually reviewed by a human before being presented to you.

Outputs generated by AI may evolve over time as:

• artificial intelligence models improve;
• new product features are introduced;
• public information changes;
• data sources are updated;
• or JohnnyHQ enhances its analytical methodologies.
