An individual who uses JohnnyHQ for personal, household, real estate, investment, or property-related purposes, including homeowners, prospective homeowners, tenants, landlords, property managers, real estate professionals, investors, and other property stakeholders.

"Contractor" or "Service Professional"

Any individual, business, or organization that provides, advertises, or offers home services, construction services, repair services, maintenance services, inspections, consulting, professional trades, or related services that may be displayed, referenced, analyzed, or discussed through JohnnyHQ.

Inclusion within JohnnyHQ does not constitute an endorsement, certification, recommendation, guarantee, or verification by Johnny Labs, LLC.

"Fit Score"

JohnnyHQ's proprietary evaluation methodology that analyzes publicly available information, user-provided information, and other relevant factors to help Users compare Contractors.

Fit Scores are informational only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of quality, workmanship, licensing, insurance coverage, legal compliance, project outcomes, or suitability.

"Johnny Trust Check"

A free informational feature that summarizes certain publicly available information regarding a Contractor, including, where available, business information, licensing status, reviews, and other relevant data.

"Johnny Pro Check"

JohnnyHQ's premium due diligence service that may include expanded research, public records review, licensing information, business information, reputation analysis, litigation research, complaint history, or other investigative information intended to help Users make more informed hiring decisions.

Johnny Pro Check reports are informational tools only and do not constitute legal advice, investigative services, warranties, guarantees, certifications, or endorsements.

"Personal Information"

Information that identifies, relates to, describes, could reasonably be associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual, household, or device, as defined under applicable law.

"Platform"

The JohnnyHQ website, mobile applications, APIs, software, online services, artificial intelligence tools, and any related technologies operated by Johnny Labs, LLC.

"Project"

Any repair, maintenance, remodeling, renovation, inspection, installation, improvement, emergency repair, construction project, or other property-related activity created, managed, tracked, or analyzed within JohnnyHQ.

"Property Information"

Information relating to a residential or commercial property, including but not limited to addresses, photographs, floor plans, dimensions, maintenance records, inspection reports, permits, estimates, invoices, warranties, appliance information, project history, property characteristics, and other information voluntarily submitted by a User.

Collectively, all products, software, websites, mobile applications, artificial intelligence services, APIs, customer support services, communications, and related offerings made available by Johnny Labs, LLC.

"User"

Any individual or entity that visits, accesses, browses, registers for, or otherwise uses the Services, regardless of whether an Account has been created.

"User Content"

Any information, photographs, videos, documents, estimates, inspection reports, contracts, invoices, project files, communications, reviews, messages, prompts, feedback, or other materials submitted, uploaded, transmitted, or otherwise provided by a User through the Services.

"You" or "Your"

The individual or entity accessing or using the Services.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with JohnnyHQ, the Services you use, the permissions you grant, and the information you choose to provide. We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, from third-party service providers, and from publicly available or licensed sources.

The current iOS app does not record audio or request microphone access. Audio Data may be collected only when you choose an audio file as part of an upload.

When you communicate with JohnnyHQ, we may collect information contained within:

messages with Contractors facilitated through the Platform

JohnnyHQ provides artificial intelligence-powered features designed to assist Users in making informed property decisions.

When you interact with AI Services, including Ask Johnny, we may collect:

questions
uploaded photographs
uploaded documents
project descriptions
contractor questions
maintenance questions
remodeling ideas
product questions
follow-up conversations
AI feedback
conversation history
generated outputs
ratings of AI responses
corrections you provide
additional context submitted during AI interactions.

These interactions may be processed using artificial intelligence technologies operated by JohnnyHQ and third-party AI service providers to generate responses, improve product functionality, detect abuse, maintain security, and provide the Services requested by you.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, AI-generated responses are not reviewed by a human before being presented to you.

C. Information About Contractors and Businesses

JohnnyHQ may collect, receive, license, or aggregate information regarding Contractors and other businesses from publicly available, licensed, or authorized third-party sources.

JohnnyHQ may combine this information with User-submitted information to generate comparisons, summaries, Fit Scores, Trust Checks, Pro Check reports, recommendations, and other informational content.

The availability, completeness, and accuracy of third-party information may vary by jurisdiction, data source, and time.

D. Information We Collect Automatically

When you access or use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical information about your device and usage.

E. Location Information

JohnnyHQ may collect coarse location information that you enter, save, or otherwise provide through the Services, including property and account location context, IP-derived locality, and approximate device location you choose to share for a nearby Find Pros search:

Location information may be used to:

identify Contractors serving your area;
personalize search results;
improve recommendations;
provide localized property information;

The mobile app requests foreground approximate location only when you explicitly ask Find Pros to search near your current location. JohnnyHQ does not require precise location, request background location, or continuously track location. Device coordinates are coarsened and used transiently to derive a nearby search area; they are not shown in assistant text or saved as your precise profile location. You can instead enter a ZIP code or city and can update or remove location information you entered or saved through the applicable Account or Property controls.

F. Cookies and Similar Technologies

JohnnyHQ uses cookies, pixels, local storage, software development kits ("SDKs"), web beacons, session identifiers, and similar technologies to:

authenticate Users;
maintain secure sessions;
remember preferences;
improve performance;
understand how the Services are used;
measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
personalize content;
analyze traffic;
detect fraud;
secure Accounts;
support analytics;
improve product development.

otherwise deliver the Services requested by you.

B. To Power Artificial Intelligence Features

JohnnyHQ uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to provide decision-support tools throughout the Platform.

Subject to this Privacy Policy, we may use information you provide to:

answer property-related questions;
analyze uploaded photographs;
summarize uploaded documents;
interpret inspection reports;
review contractor estimates;
compare competing proposals;
identify potential project risks;
explain technical construction terminology;
generate project plans;

We continually improve JohnnyHQ using information collected through the Services.

Some recommendations may be generated using AI, while others may be based on your location, Property Information, Project Information, preferences, or prior activity.

JohnnyHQ may receive compensation through affiliate relationships or referral programs when Users purchase certain products or services through links or recommendations provided on the Platform. Such relationships do not alter our commitment to providing objective and useful information, although recommendations may include sponsored or affiliate-supported content where permitted by law.

I. To Comply With Legal Obligations

We may use information to:

respond to lawful requests from governmental authorities;
comply with subpoenas, court orders, or legal process;
enforce contracts;

These features include, but are not limited to, Ask Johnny, estimate analysis, contractor comparisons, project planning, maintenance guidance, product recommendations, document summarization, image analysis, and other AI-assisted functionality made available through the Services (collectively, the "AI Services").

The AI Services are intended to provide informational decision-support tools and are not intended to replace professional judgment or advice.

A. Information Processed by AI Services

When you interact with the AI Services, JohnnyHQ may process information that you voluntarily provide, including:

questions and prompts;
follow-up conversations;
uploaded photographs;
videos;
audio files you choose to upload;
estimates;
invoices;
contracts;
inspection reports;
engineering reports;
permits;
warranties;
receipts;
project descriptions;
Property Information;
Contractor Information;
maintenance records;
User Content;
and other information submitted through the Services.

AI processing may also consider information already associated with your Account, Properties, or Projects in order to generate more relevant and personalized responses.

B. Purposes of AI Processing

JohnnyHQ may use artificial intelligence technologies to:

answer property-related questions;
explain home maintenance concepts;
assist with repair planning;
analyze uploaded documents;
summarize inspection reports;
compare contractor estimates;
identify notable differences between proposals;
generate project scopes;
recommend materials or products;
estimate project costs;
explain technical terminology;
identify potential project risks;
assist with budgeting;
suggest maintenance schedules;
recommend next steps;
organize Property Information;
improve search and navigation;
personalize recommendations;
generate educational content;
support customer service;
and provide other AI-powered features offered through the Platform.

As the Services evolve, JohnnyHQ may introduce additional AI capabilities consistent with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

C. Third-Party AI Service Providers

To provide certain AI-powered functionality, JohnnyHQ may utilize one or more third-party artificial intelligence providers, large language model providers, cloud computing providers, or other technology partners.

Information submitted to AI Services, including prompts and selected Account, Property, Project, document, or photo context needed for a requested feature, may be securely transmitted to these providers to generate responses or provide that functionality.

These providers are contractually or legally obligated to protect information in accordance with applicable law and their agreements with JohnnyHQ.

JohnnyHQ does not sell your prompts, uploaded documents, or Property Information to third-party AI providers.

D. AI Model Improvement

JohnnyHQ may use AI interactions, prompts, feedback, ratings, corrections, and usage information to improve the quality, safety, accuracy, reliability, and functionality of the Services.

JohnnyHQ does not direct third-party AI providers to use private User Content—including property documents, photographs, inspection reports, estimates, invoices, contracts, permits, maintenance records, or other files you upload—for public or general model training. Provider processing and retention are also subject to the applicable provider terms and the account controls configured for that provider.

Where legally permissible, JohnnyHQ may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information to improve its own products, services, algorithms, machine learning systems, and artificial intelligence technologies.

E. Human Review

Certain interactions with AI Services may be reviewed by authorized JohnnyHQ personnel or trusted service providers when reasonably necessary to:

investigate suspected fraud;
detect abuse of the Platform;
improve AI quality;
troubleshoot technical issues;
respond to customer support requests;
comply with applicable law;
protect the security of the Services; or

JohnnyHQ's AI Services are designed to assist Users in making more informed decisions.

AI-generated outputs are informational only and do not constitute:

engineering advice;
architectural advice;
legal advice;
financial advice;
insurance advice;
tax advice;
real estate advice;
professional contractor recommendations;
safety certifications;
warranties;
guarantees;
inspections;
code compliance determinations;
or professional opinions.

Users remain solely responsible for decisions regarding repairs, remodeling, maintenance, contractor selection, project execution, property purchases, property sales, and all other actions taken in reliance upon information provided through the Services.

H. Contractor Scores and Recommendations

JohnnyHQ may generate Fit Scores, Trust Checks, Pro Check reports, rankings, comparisons, summaries, and other AI-assisted evaluations regarding Contractors or service providers.

These outputs are based upon available information at the time they are generated and may incorporate public records, user-provided information, licensed data, publicly available information, and proprietary analytical methodologies.

These outputs:

are informational only;
are not endorsements;
are not guarantees of performance;
do not certify licensing or insurance;
do not guarantee workmanship or project outcomes;
and should not be interpreted as a recommendation to hire or not hire any particular Contractor.

I. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated information before making decisions.

JohnnyHQ recommends that Users independently verify:

contractor qualifications;
licensing;
insurance;
permits;
pricing;
estimates;
engineering requirements;
legal requirements;
safety requirements;
and any other information material to a property decision.

Users should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

J. AI Transparency

JohnnyHQ believes Users should understand when they are interacting with artificial intelligence and how AI-generated information is produced.

The AI Services available through the Platform generate responses using statistical, probabilistic, machine learning, and other computational technologies. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AI-generated outputs are created automatically and are not reviewed by a human before being presented to you.

Users should understand that:

they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system rather than a human advisor;
AI-generated responses may differ over time, even when presented with identical or substantially similar prompts;
AI outputs may change as underlying artificial intelligence models, algorithms, software, data sources, and Platform features evolve;
AI-generated responses may be influenced by the information provided by the User, publicly available information, third-party data sources, and JohnnyHQ's proprietary analytical methodologies;
artificial intelligence systems may produce incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, outdated, or unexpected information; and
AI-generated content should be considered one informational input into a User's decision-making process and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important property, financial, legal, engineering, construction, insurance, safety, or other significant decisions.

JohnnyHQ continually evaluates, tests, and improves its AI Services to enhance their usefulness, reliability, and safety. However, no artificial intelligence system can guarantee complete accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for every circumstance or use case.

Users remain solely responsible for independently evaluating AI-generated information, verifying material facts, and determining whether consultation with qualified professionals is appropriate before making decisions or taking action.

JohnnyHQ is designed to help Users make more informed and confident property decisions by organizing information, surfacing relevant considerations, and providing AI-assisted analysis. The ultimate responsibility for every decision, action, and outcome remains solely with the User.

K. Future AI Features

JohnnyHQ continuously develops new artificial intelligence capabilities.

Future AI Services may include additional automation, predictive analysis, property intelligence, maintenance planning, document generation, connected device integrations, workflow automation, and other decision-support functionality.

JohnnyHQ may process information consistent with this Privacy Policy to develop, operate, secure, improve, and maintain such future AI Services.

Johnny Labs, LLC does not sell your Personal Information in exchange for monetary compensation.

We may disclose information as described in this Privacy Policy to operate the Services, comply with legal obligations, protect our Users, improve the Platform, and conduct our business.

You can change foreground location access in your device settings and may update or remove the city, ZIP code, property address, and other location information you entered or saved through the applicable Account or Property controls.

Removing entered or saved location information may limit the availability or accuracy of location-based features.

JohnnyHQ provides AI-powered features to assist Users with property-related decisions.

You control the information you choose to submit to the AI Services.

Users should avoid submitting information that is unnecessary for the requested task, including highly sensitive personal information, unless such information is reasonably required to receive the requested functionality.
